The Parade of Homes is the Home Builders Association of Northeast
Iowa's premier homebuilder's showcase, attracting hundreds of homebuyers
annually.
Since 2002, the Parade of Homes has been HBANEI's premier
event for the area's building industry. The Parade is also the primary showcase
for the talents of Northeast Iowa's preeminent new-home builders.
The
Parade of Homes offers homebuyers the opportunity to view a variety of new
homes built by the areas finest craftsman, each distinctive in design and
unique in style, featuring the latest architectural innovations.
 The Parade of Homes kicks off in the
Waterloo-Cedar Falls vicinity and features 16 to 18 homes on a variety of sites
throughout the region. The Parade of Homes is open to all HBANEI members in our
10 county area: Allamakee, Bremer, Black Hawk, Buchanan, Chickasaw, Clayton,
Fayette, Grundy, Hardin, and Winneshiek.
You're encouraged to take as
much time as you like on your tour. Feel free to ask our builders,
subcontractors, and sales professional's questions, or set up an appointment to
discuss the home with them later. Remember, a new home is a sound investment
and there's never been a better time to buy a new home than today.
