Craig Fairbanks has 30+ years of custom home building experience; a 2nd generation builder with a family building business started back in 1953.
Craig is a licensed real estate broker who has extensive new construction experience specializing in ‘aging in place’ construction, coupled with 30 years real estate sales experience.
 Craig was the past President for the Homebuilders Association of Northeast Iowa for 2009; and currently remains a very active member. Craig Fairbanks Homes is proud to have been featured 7 times in the annual Waterloo/Cedar Falls Parade of Homes.
